After eight successive days the elected government is not allowed to move an inch forward in parliament.This is in spite of this that the government enjoys the majority in parliament.The Government cannot discuss all issues on the floor of the house.FDI(Foreign Direct Investment) is the main issue now.There r a few educated people in the opposite parties,it is therefore difficult to convince the uneducated lot.The Opposition argues that the foreign investors should not be allowed to invest in India then who prevents the opposition to invest out of their own big pockets if not individually at least collectively
The Government has found that about 40% of the food grains vegitables and fruits go waste bcz of poor handling and the government has found its solution in FDI.The opposition also knows that that much quantity always go waste and opposition still has not found its solution so far. Actually the FDI generates employment,education,professional skill,quality and economy.Above all the unaccounted profit of the middle man between the producer and the consumer is ruled out.The opposition does not worry about the fate of the consumer nor that of the producer and they r worrying about the unaccounted profit of the middle man.The Solution of saving some 40 % of the vegitable grains vegitables and fruits itself is a big gain leaving aside all other small issues.
Besides the country must go with the modern techniques.the entry of computer in Industry ,Government Sector and banks is a big help in maintaining the records and keeping it up to date.Can any body say that the computer should be removed from Industry ,Banks and government sector bcz it performs the work of many men and so it encourages unemployment
The unemployment is a problem with the government but tackling the problem of 40 % going waste is much more serious and should be handled more seriously
The problem with the opposition is that they have no critical solution of any problem and they think that their only job is to oppose the government rightly or wrongly

Mr. Anna Hazare has threatened the government that he would teach them a lesson if his conditions to implement the new Lok Pal Bill are not accepted. What a mockery of Democracy.The constitution implies that the elected people r always to be given importance over the unelected people.Mr Hazare with the support of a few thinks that he has become a very big personality and he wants to teach a democratically elected person a lesson.There might have been some scams in the country and the government is taking due care of that.The public of India cannot authorize Anna Hazare and its team to do any favor to this country from out door entry.If the want to really do some thing they should first stand elected to the parliament and discuss their points there.Mr Anna Hazare must not use the language of teaching a lesson to the elected Government

At Jantra Mantra at New Delhi,Mr Anna Hazare sat on indefinite hunger strike till the new Lok Pal Bill is drafted,put up in the parliament,get it passed and implemented.What a big promise.But within 90 hrs he broke his fast.A great show was there at Jantra Mantra.Along with him there were a few politicians a few social activists a few young persons both students and employed. Some people joined them without knowing what Mr. Anna Hazare and his group is all about.The group had mainly assembled to think of the growing corruption in all walks of life.There were lawyers film actors and what not.The people all over the country thought that the corruption in the country will soon be rooted out
Within 90 hrs people had realised that it was a hoax.The great work done by Mr. Anna Hazare in his own village is really appreciable. But India is a big country ,thousands of Anna Hazares r needed to work on country scale.Making the laws will not serve much purpose.There r enough laws already.Will one more law if implemented make the country corruption free.Are we not going to dictatorship if more powers r given to any individual.What will happen if the Lok Pal himself is corrupt. whom will the Lok Pal be answerable and who appoints the Lok Pal.Well these r a few questions which need be answered

The advocates of Democracy took all care to see that Indian system of Democracy works well..We have the biggest written constitution.We have the supreme parliament,independent judiciary and the workable  executive.The constitution has provided the duties and responsibilities of all concerned.The constitution has also provided the punishments for those who are proved lacking in discharging their responsibilities.But what is the result.We r deep rooted in corruption
We Indians have two important books written by Indian saints.These books r full of wisdom.These r 1 Ramayana and 2 Mahabharata. Both these books deal with besides many other points,important wars.In ramayana,Rama with the help of his younger brother Laxmana fought with the mighty king ,Ravana.Ravana was not an ordinary person. He was highly educated very well versed in war fares commanding a well trained army.Comparatively Rama was very week.He had only one to help him and that was his brother Laxamana.Later Rama took help from some unconventional army comprising of jungle animals .But ultimately Rama won.Why he won was bcz truth was on his side
In Mahabharata we come across King Bharata.King Bharata was great not because he ruled over a vast empire .But it was because of this that he preferred Karama(Qualification) to janama(Family back ground) and he declared the sworn prince one amongst the masses and none out of his nine sons
Next comes the great king Dhitrashtra.He wanted his son,Daryodhana to be sworn Prince setting aside the rights of his own brother’s son Yudhistra .And the result was a great war Mahabharata
In Mahabharata the two armies assembled together at Kurukshetra The armies were in the ratio of 7:11.Besides there were mighty warriors on the Kaurav side.Naming a few of them was unconquerable Bhisam,the invincible Daron and Kripacharaya and Mighty Karana who was well versed in war fare and a lot many more
Comparatively the Pandava army was very week. But ultimately Pandwas won because they were righteous people.From this we learn a few lessons
1 It is never the numerical strength of man power but truth carries the day.Did not we see that in Bangla Desh war 93000 strong army men with a host of arms and ammunitions headed by Gen Niaazi surrendered to the then Lt. Gen Kudip Singh Arora
2The lord Krishna told to Arjuna,”These mighty warriors on the opposite side are already killed,but I want u to take the credit of killing them ,so u fight and kill them”.That means God himself will come to work for u if truth is with u
3In Mahabharata Lord Krishna was unarmed.That means Lord need not take up arms He knows how to play His game.
4 Lord said ,”whenever there is loss of Dharma I will come to this world and will set the order right”

Before independence we had very few needs and every thing was available at out door steps.The Money lenders were giving money on faith without any written documents and the interest rates were   assessed by the money lenders only which were never disputed.The people were not aware of the  existence  of the courts of justice.In the village the village accountant was the highest official of the government.

With the dawn of independence people started thinking of better avenues- better  education,better  jobs,better salaries and better employment.The villagers started migrating to cities and cities became more industrialized. With the industrialization and spread of education the job opportunities increased but the spread of education could not keep pace with the   spread of employment.This gave way to exploitation and unhealthy competitions .This  is how the corruption started.

For any job there is a competition.For one job there will be 1000 applicants and all the applicants r more qualified than the qualification requirred.It became difficult to select  one man out of 1000 men  with the same qualifications and the norms set were whosoever gives more bribe will have fare chance of selection.This became true for all the government jobs including the defence forces.The money power became more important than the qualification.The people getting  jobs with poor qualifications proved unfit  for the job,This is responsible for the spread of Disgustment.Besides there came up quota system.seats r kept reserved for some privileged people only

There came up the criteria of Standard of living,If my neighbor has a car I must have two cars bcz i am more qualified and better placed.With the unhealthy competition of improving the standard of life ,people started of looking into the other means other than their income and the corruption increased

The corruption is deep rooted in the society.Every body wants t get rid of this .But no solution is visible.The bribe taker just thinks that he is not taking any bribe and whatever he took is part of the services he did.It only pinches the one who gives bribe.It is ironical that 100% people r against bribe  and those who take bribe r amongst us only.Mr. Anna Hazare is sitting on hunger strike  to tackle this menace and many people have come up to support him.He wants to pass the Lok Pal Bill .In all functions of the Government(Parliament,Executive and judiciary)there r good people and there r bad people also.But over all the system works.A police inspector may be a corrupt one  his complaint can be given to his SP or IGP or DGP.The complaint may take many yrs  and the action may not be taken all together.But it cannot mean that the whole police force be dismentled.Mr Anna Hazare must note that no body is above constitution and constitution has laied down some powers to judiciary and parliament which cannot be over looked.Moreover passing out any bill will not dig out the corruption in itself.The corruption lies in our mind and we should wash our minds .We should think religiously bcz the goal is not to make a bill but to root out corrution,

The advocates of Democracy define it as,”The Government  of the people,by the people and for the people” The picture looks very rosy .But the reality is much  opposite to it.In Bihar  a lady killed  a newly elected person and she claims  that the  so called peoples’ representative was a man of loose character.The lady was  mercilessly beaten by the hench men  of the assasined..Mr. Nitish Kumar ,Chief minister of Bihar came out with a thumping majority.Does he remember that a  majority of the people from Bihar  have migrated to other better states to earn their livings.In Punjab, the agriculture is mostly done by agriculture labour  from bihar.The  80% of auto rikshas  are paddled by Biharis only.These people have permanently settled in other states who simply go to Bihar once in a blue moon  and these people do not know how the government in Bihar is run.In Karnataka The  Governer Mr. Bhardwaj  was not allowed to speak a word on the joint session of the assembly  by the so called the representatives of the people.The Chief minister of Karnataka  says  he gave land to his son along with other ministers and there is nothing wrong in it The prices of the food grains have sky rocketed and the Governments r thinking seriously about it  and these officials have been thinking so seriously for the last about 2 months and they will think more seriously  for six more months.We have seen   the cases of Adarsh Society of Mumbai how the bureaucrats grab their  unlawful share. We had seen the police attrocities  in the case of Ruchika  Girhotra , Matoo Pridarshani. and the criminal police officers go scot free. We had seen   the cops  controlling the entry of peoples representatives in the Karnataka Assembly and we had also seen people going to high courts and if not satisfied to Supreme Court Of India to contest if they can be allowed to go to the Assebly Hall to prove that these r fit to serve the people of this country.The parliament of this great country is not allowed to function bcz the representatives of the people cannot settle issues amicably The slogan is Democracy means Government Far the people ,Government buy the people  and the Governmemt off the people

The verdict of Matoo  murder case  came on 06.10.2010.The  bench  observed that  this case cannot be considered  as rarer than the rarest case and the culprit Mr Santosh Kumar ia awarded life sentence and not hanging. That is to call justice of convenience.Before this  the judge  in the lower court had observed that though the judge is quite sure  that Santosh Singh is the only murderer but he says he has to acquit him for want of evidence .What more evidences he wanted other than  that he himself was convinced.FinallySantosh Singh was acqitted .It was due to the pressure from media that  the case took a different turn

The verdict  Of  Priyadarshini Mattoo came on 06.10.2010.The Supreme Court Bench had observed that this case cannot fall into the cetegory of the rarerest of the rare cases and the  offender Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh was  awarded life imprisonment,a lenient view.Earlier to this  the  lower court judge had obsevred that  although the judge is quite confident that Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh is the  real killer of  Priyadarshini Mattoo ,he has to acquit him for want of certain evidences and the judge  instead of putting pressure  on the Police force to provide enough evidences found it convenient to  acquit  Mr.Santosh  Kumar Singh .The Judge thought he is not answerable to any body and actually that was the end of the case.

It was due to  the hue  and cry raised every where and due to the media pressure that the case was taken up by high court and the high court  had put pressure on the Police to dig out the evidences and the High court had observed that  Mr. Santosh Kumar  is the Killer beyond any shadow of doubt  and being the son of a DGP  should be more respectful to law and bcz of  his shady attitude he deserved punishment nothing less than the death penality

Mr Santosh Kumar Singh who him self  is a lawer should no the implication of law and he moved the case to Supreme court.By that time Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh had studied all the illegalities of the law for all these 14 long yrs that he is the father of a small daghter which deserved a lenient  treatment from the court.Even though he was stalking the girl for two yrs and also he had given to Police in writing that that he would mend his ways and in spite of all this he did the merciless killing and the court was so lenient  that the death penalty  was reduced to Life imprisonment

Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh  was a practicing lawyer but he had no respect for the law of the land and committed a crime  which ordinary person would not dare to do .He ignored all the chances given to him by police to mend his ways.He entered the house of the girl with the pretext that he wanted to resolve all the previous issues and to make peace with her.But actually  in stead of making peace with her,he raped her killed her and crushed her head with the helmet he was having and ran away and Bench of the apex Court had observed that this case cannot be considered as the rarest of the rare cases and reduced the death penality to life imprisonment

Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh is the son of a retired Director General of Police.The DGP has to ensure that law and order is maintained in the area allotted to him.It is not that he  would go on putting the illegal elements in the prisons.the DGP has to educate the people and the illegality has to be reduced by coercive means otherwise in what way the DGP is superior to any  ASI or SI.He is supposed to educate the people to know the power of law.In this argument  Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh’s father did not set his house in order and the retired DGP has miserably failed in discharging his duties towards the country and should be penalized

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Narinder Kumar Bhatara Bangalore 26/06/2010 at 01:26 pm Mr. Utsaw Sharma attacked the molester Rathore while Rathore was coming out of the court on lunch break.It was a warning to the molester Rathore to realise that he is no longer the DGP Rathore when he could use all his police force to do whatever he wanted and now he is an ordinary criminal who has been convicted for molesting Ruchika Girhotra in the yr 1990.He should also understand that publik anger is so much against him that he is much safe in Police custody.In the jail he must realise that this is the same jail he must have visited many times at his own sweet will when he was IGP or DGP.Now the situation is much different.now he is brought here by court orders just like ordinary criminals.Now his wife was denied his meeting to her bcz she applied for the meeting after the meeting time set by authorities was over.He was put in the barack along with some other prisoners.His movements r restricted now.He will have no choice of the meals.he would take whatever authorities give him(Of cource within the jail standards) he is here for 18 months for the time beings. A 14 Yrs budying  tennis player Ruchika Girhotra was molested by IGP  of Harayana Police in the year1990 at Panchkula  near Chandigarh.The complaint was  made at the local police station which was never registered. The IGP  was molester SPS Rathore .The IGP tried to harrass all,Ruchika  her friends and relatives in all possible ways continuously for more than three yrs which forced Ruchika  to take poison  and she died.The molester Rathore continued getting promotion after promotion till his retirement in 2002.In the yr 2009 the verdict of the molestation  came  that the molester Rathore  be given  Six months  imprisonment and a fine of  Rs1000/ and the molester Rathore was freed on bail immediately.Later on an appeal  from Ruchika side,Molester Rathore   was given 18 months rigourous imprisonment.NDTV representatives asked a silly question  to  Aradhana ,a close friend of Aruchi who is persuing the Aruchi case whether Aradhana feels Aruchi will get justice now.My answer to this question is  No ,No and No. Can Aruchi be brought back to life.No Never.Even if she is broght back to life  can she   ever imagine  her childhood when she played tennis,can she ever forget that her brother  Ashu who was of some 13 yrs of age was booked for some car theft cases and was beaten before her by molester Rathore itself.Can she forget it  that 20 cases were booked against her father and he was removed from the job.can she forget that  a big house her father made to live his retired life peacefully had to be sold at a very throgh away price bcz henchmen  of molester Rathore   would not allow them to live there peacefully.It is an irrepairable loss she suffered.In fact she was not killed by Rathore alone  she was killed by big army of people as under

! She was killed ByPrianjali Rathore   the daughter of a molester, who was Ruchika’s class mate and it was embrassing for her to visualise that her own father had molested Ruchika

2 The school authorities who removed Ruchika from school  where she had studied from 1st stadard to x standard.She was removed from the school without giving any reason

3  Abha Rathore  .she is a practicing lawyer at Panchkula  and Chandigarh.She is expert  in  seeing that the justice is not done to any body.She is off course the wife of a molester

4 Sub inspector Prem dutt and asstt sub inspecter Sewa Singh who at the behest of Rathore booked 6  false car theft cases against a 13 yrs old Ashu,Ruchika’s brother.These two people  have given 3rd degree punishment to Ashu.

5 Justice K.C. Kathuria  ,a high court judge who was having a property dispute with Aruchi’s father who dropped abetment  charges and only persued with the  molestation case which he decided in most illegal way

6 K.P.Singh,The superintent of Police ,Ambala is responsible  for allowing false cases of car theft  against Ashu,the brother of Ruchika

7Mr R.R.Singh the DGP of that time  who is responsible  for  the law and order of the state and who had miserably failed and allowed the molester Rathore to create a jungle rule   and he allowed Rathore to book any false cases against any body .The most coward DGP  of the time who never knew of his responsiblities

8 Mr.JK. Duggal home secretary of that time who was home secretary for the name sake but never new the meanings of Home secretary

He never knew how many false cases were booked by his subordinates.He never knew how many innocent lives  have died just bcz his innocence of his position

9 Jagjit Singh Tikka an ex MLA Who  had organised slogan shouting men and made the best use of the lawlessness created byMr R.R. Singh  and Mr. J.K.Duggal

10Leaving aside all the chief ministers of  Bansi Lal  Bhajan Lal then Chautal including mr. Hooda who always waited to take the right oppertunity to take action

11  And above all I feel  all the people of Chandigarh and Panchkula .This is the seat of educated ,eminent lawers,army high rank officers judges and the ministers.But all these people are responsible  for being the silent spectators as if they do not have Ruchikas in their houses

So  Ruchika will never get justice unless all these people responsible for killing her r not taken to task
